Our Story
Regroup Recruiting was built on a lesson our founder learned in the day labor staffing industry. Despite working every day to connect people with solid jobs, the same pattern kept repeating: workers would take an assignment, collect a paycheck, and move on. The industry rewarded short-term work and same-day pay, and employers were left with roles that were filled on Monday and open again by Friday.
That cycle costs businesses more than most realize. It means constant re-hiring and re-training, lost productivity, and hiring managers who spend their time replacing people instead of building teams. We exist to change that. We coach, mentor, and invest real time in candidates who want a career, not just a shift, so the people we place arrive prepared, committed, and ready to stay.

BRIAN GANGOSO
President
With over two decades of military service, encompassing active duty, reserve, national guard, and deployments abroad, service is not just a career for me – it's a way of life. I contribute to a Search and Rescue team, and proudly lead as a Scout Leader in my son's Cub Scout pack. The joy I find in helping others has been the driving force throughout my journey.
In the realm of staffing and recruiting, my venture began in 2015 as a branch manager for Command Center. In 2019, I co-owned and managed G1 Staffing in North Little Rock, marking a significant chapter in my professional journey. I am eager to bring my wealth of experiences and dedication to this endeavor and look forward to the opportunity of working with you.

BRIAN BRADLEY
Recruiter
Bradley brings more than a decade of construction leadership experience to Regroup Recruiting.

His career in residential construction progressed from carpenter to superintendent, where he oversaw the successful operation and completion of more than 80 homes and contributed to an annual eight-figure revenue for his company. Bradley’s hands-on experience in team development, customer relations, vendor coordination, and overall contractor management has equipped him with a deep understanding of what defines exceptional talent and high-performing organizations. He excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is deeply committed to helping individuals uncover new opportunities and reach their professional goals. His compassionate and results-driven approach ensures that both clients and candidates receive dedicated, high-quality support throughout the process.
He is committed to delivering excellence, not only to our clients, but to our personnel as well. He takes pride in providing thorough guidance, meaningful support, and genuine encouragement to help individuals grow, improve, and become the best version of themselves.
Ernest "Ernie" Hinojos
Advisor
Ernie Hinojos is the founder of Insight Shield Consulting and Insight Shield Analytics. With over 30 years of leadership across national security, policy, and analytics, he brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to his clients. Ernie has a versatile background, even appearing twice on the Discovery Channel’s Naked and Afraid. Having served as a U.S. veteran, police officer, and Boy Scout, Ernie is passionate about patriotism and serving his country. His mission is to bridge the gap between government, defense, and the private industry by delivering strategic business development, intelligence-informed insights, and technology-enabled solutions.
His decades of experience in military intelligence, federal program management, and strategic consulting allow him to help organizations optimize operations and achieve sustainable growth, provide trusted advisory services for federal contracting, defense-sector initiatives, and community-focused programs, and empower minority, veteran, and mission-driven enterprises with the tools, networks, and insights to compete at the highest levels. He is experienced in mission operations, data systems, UAS technology, and strategic planning, and serves as a key participant in assisting the Arkansas Army National Guard in building the Army 2030 UAS mission architecture. Additionally, Ernie is a certified Agile Scrum Master with advanced skills in ArcGIS, Tableau, cybersecurity, and systems analysis. As a collaborator connecting senior leadership with emerging technologies and actionable insights, he helps clients reach their goals, while also engaging in volunteer efforts including a project to provide prosthetic limbs to Ukraine and serving as a senior advisor for GrantFlow, which has supported over $240 million for non-profits.
