Our Process
We have your first appointment and begin the application process. Our application process includes skills testing for mechanical aptitude, micrometer and tape measure reading, typing, and more depending on the position.
APPLICATION
Most positions require a drug screening and, in some cases, a background check.
BACKGROUND CHECK & SCREENINGS
After you pass your background check, we submit your candidate packet to the employer and schedule an interview date. If you and the employer both wish to move forward, we schedule your start date.
